Summary:
The Assistant Manager in Vivace is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the shipping operations and inventory management within the warehouse.
This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and monitoring stock levels and records.
Job Description:
Assist Inventory Manager to ensure smooth inventory management operations; conducting inventory counts, monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies and updating inventory records.
Support Shipping Manager overseeing shipping operations for the organization; coordinating with carriers and freight to schedule shipments, preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments and addressing any shipping issues.
Maintain accurate records and data related to inventory and shipping, updating inventory databases, inputting shipping information and generating reports.
Work closely with Vivace office to coordinate timely and accurate fulfillment, resolve any inventory or shipping issues and communicate relevant information regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement for inventory management and shipping operations.
Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors or delays.
